How do you move roughed-in plumbing pipes?

How do you move roughed-in plumbing pipes (they are in the basement cement floor)? Toilet drain needs to be moved about 7 inches, and the shower drain needs to be moved about 5 ft. Any tips that will make this a bit easier than it seems (other than hiring somebody to do it?!)"

The only way is to break up the floor, move and re-pitch them.

Make sure the vents are within the correct distance to the new spots
